Getting Started

Everything you need to go from zero to playing in under five minutes.

Step 1 — Create an account

Go to play.isekaigen.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card required. You start on the Wanderer tier, which gives you full access to both Story Mode and RPG Mode.

After signing up, you’ll receive your first batch of credits via the daily login system.

Step 2 — Browse the world library

The homepage shows featured and popular worlds. Each world card shows the genre, tags, play count, and rating. Click any world to see its full details: lore, factions, power systems, and available characters.

Step 3 — Choose your character

On the world detail page you’ll see the default main character plus any additional characters the world creator made available. Each character has a background, personality, faction, and class. Select the one you want to play.

Step 4 — Pick a game mode

💡 Tip: Not sure which to pick? RPG Mode gives you more to do — you can always focus on the narrative and treat the RPG elements as background. Story Mode is cleaner if you want pure writing.

Step 5 — Configure your game (optional)

Writing settings

Writing Model — choose speed vs quality. The default model (Agent Flash) is fast and works great.
Writing Module — sets the narrative tone: Angel, Devil, Cupid, Phantom, or Sherlock. Each subtly shifts how the AI writes scenes.
Writing Instructions — free-text field for direct style guidance like “Write in third person” or “Keep descriptions brief.”
Plot Builder — when enabled, the AI generates a chapter plan before writing your turn. Recommended for longer games.

Image settings

Location images — auto-generate an image whenever you discover a new location.
Enemy images — auto-generate an image for enemies during battles.

Step 6 — Play

Type what your character does and press Enter. The AI continues the story. In RPG Mode, the sidebar on the right tracks your stats, quest progress, and NPC relationships.

Building your own world

Once you’re comfortable playing, you can create your own world from the homepage by clicking + Create World.
